Enough Of That
I actually go to my own site more or less daily, because I use the links page to read others' blogs, and I have another (poorly) hidden page that links to all the webcomics I read on a regular basis. So I'm updating because I'm tired of seeing those two pictures, as are you, no doubt. I don't actually have anything worthwhile to say, so you could theoretically stop reading here.
New website is coming along, but if I haven't already talked to you about beta-testing it, that's all you really get to know for now.
Google Earth is pretty much the coolest thing ever.
Been rather slack the past month or so; no recording, no overtime at work, etc. Mostly playing Heroes of Might and Magic III or working on the new site in my spare time; I'm getting pretty decent with PHP.
Denise's new job (the "development" referred to in the last paragraph in this post) is going swimmingly, thanks for asking. It's weird to have her home when I get home, which is part of why other stuff has fallen by the wayside - I'm used to having a few hours of solitude in which to be noisy before she gets home.
Candy is gone from Simu, which makes me a sad panda. I didn't really get to know her until this year, when I became the primary interface programmer and had to constantly hit her up for interface art, but she quickly became one of my favorite people at the office, or anywhere else for that matter. We had a little farewell get-together for her at another-Simu-artist Kyle's house, which was a good time, but I shall miss her. Good luck in Boston, iCandy...you'll do just fine. Come back and see us sometime.
This coming weekend, D and I will be trekking to Indianapolis. Normally, I'd rather kiss a leprous sasquatch than set foot in Indiana, but Jason Webley will be playing, and we couldn't make the Kansas City show.
Also, Kia says hi. Unless she doesn't know you, because she apparently doesn't talk to strangers.
Currently listening to: "Fascination Street", Stavesacre
